My name is Kelly Alexandra Hoff. Some people call me Alix.
I am a dancer, singer-song-writer, musician, and poet. I have a degree in dance from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. I was born in Elmhurst, Illinois, USA, and currently reside in Saint Paul, Minnesota. I have American and Swedish citizenship and was raised bilingual. I like all different kinds of music. Rock, alternative, jazz, metal, blues, country, pop, folk, and hiphop.
I call my style rock/grunge/European folk.
I feel influenced by Swedish folk music.
In addition to my solo original work, I also have written original songs with my best friend, Erik Wray, a jazz guitar player currently based out of Kansas City, Missouri.
I have a dog.
I was born February 28, 1984. I'm a Pisces.
